CoPoint founder James Middleton Bsc (Hons) MRICS has 23 years of Commercial Property experience with the majority of this time spent working at Richard Ellis (now CBRE) and Land Securities Trillium (Goldman Sachs set up Trillium) in a predominantly Tenant/Occupier and Landlord/Asset Manager capacity as well as a Service Provider. James has also worked for a private property company and a sovereign wealth fund. This experience and contact network is at your disposal to ensure your property works for your business.
